grace*ologie’s breakfast casserole is the perfect meal for lazy vacation days at the beach, sleeping in on Saturdays, or even a fancy brunch. You assemble all the parts the night before and just pop it into the oven 45 minutes before you are ready to serve. So easy and so tasty!
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 slices of bread, toasted and crumbled
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 tsp. chopped onion
Mix together and let set in refrigerator all night. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
